1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Net-Trousseau Society (the "App"), operated by Eduard Vlase Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Service Description

Net-Trousseau Society is a private membership service providing climate-controlled garment storage, white-glove delivery, digital trousseau management, personal styling, atelier cleaning, and concierge services. Services vary by membership tier.

3. Membership and Accounts

To use Net-Trousseau Society, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Garment Care and Liability

We exercise the highest standard of care in handling, storing, cleaning, and transporting your garments. All items are fully insured from the point of collection through storage and delivery.

In the event of loss, damage, or theft while garments are in our care, we will compensate you up to the declared value of the item. Founder Circle members receive private collection insurance with no upper limit.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by inaccurate care instructions provided by you.

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Membership Tiers

Net-Trousseau Society offers three membership tiers: Society (£29/month), Private (£149/month), and Founder Circle (by invitation). Each tier includes different levels of service as described on our website.

5.2 Billing

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payment is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. Additional service fees (delivery, cleaning) are billed separately as incurred.

6. Cancellation and Returns

You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • We arrange return delivery of your entire collection at no extra charge.
  • No partial refunds are issued for the remaining billing period.
  • Your account data is deleted within 30 days of final garment return.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes or to store prohibited items.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other accounts.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
  • Misrepresent your identity or the nature of items submitted for storage.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Net-Trousseau Society, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Eduard Vlase Limited. You retain ownership of your garments and any data you input into the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event, or one hundred pounds (£100), whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and through in-app notifications. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
