How do I join Net-Trousseau Society?

Request an invitation through our waitlist. We extend invitations in measured numbers. Once accepted, download the app, complete your profile, and schedule your first garment collection.

How do I schedule a garment collection?

Open the app, go to Wardrobe > Add Items, and select a collection time. A white-glove courier will arrive at your chosen address to collect your garments. Each piece is catalogued, photographed, and insured upon arrival at our atelier.

How fast is delivery?

Same-day delivery within 6 hours in core cities (London, Milan, Paris). Next-day before noon across the UK and Europe. International delivery in 2-4 days, fully customs-cleared. All garments arrive pressed and ready to wear.

Can I cancel my membership?

Cancel anytime through Settings > Membership. We arrange return delivery of your entire collection at no extra charge. Your data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.

What happens if a garment is damaged or lost?

Every garment is fully insured from collection through storage and delivery. In the event of loss or damage while in our care, we compensate you up to the declared value. Founder Circle members receive private collection insurance with no upper limit.

What is atelier cleaning?

Hand-finished laundry and restoration by specialist craftspeople. We clean, press, and restore garments to pristine condition before every delivery. Repairs and minor alterations are available on request. Included in Private and Founder Circle tiers.

Where are my garments stored?

In private, climate-controlled vaults in Milan, London, and Paris. Each facility maintains optimal temperature (18-20°C), humidity (50-55%), and UV-filtered lighting to preserve even the most delicate fabrics.

How do I upgrade my membership tier?

Go to Settings > Membership > Change Tier. Upgrades take effect immediately and your billing adjusts pro-rata. Founder Circle membership is by invitation only — contact your concierge for enquiries.
